| DIPPAL is a 6 year- R&D industrial collaborative program granted by OSEO/ISI . The objectives are: to discover and to develop (1) a PleodrugTM for Alzheimer's disease, (2) a multiparametric, plasmatic test for early detection of the disease, (3) a companion test for the Pleodrug. Pharnext is the project leader. The project is granted with more than 10 M€ by OSEO-ISI; Bordeaux University and Hospital, and INSERM will allow access to qualified biological samples and will provide clinical expertise all along the project. | Pharnext identified a complex biological network associated to CMT-1A (Charcot-Marie-Tooth type 1A disease). Drug candidates which target different sites of this network were listed. Under the financial support from OSEO, drug candidates were screened by using adapted in vitro models. |  |

| Pharnext is participating to the consortium project.
