BIOSYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL - Research, Develoment and Commercial Agreement signed on Alzheimer's disease in the context of DIPPAL project - June 2010  

Biosystems International and Pharnext signed a research, development and commercial agreement on Alzheimer's disease in the context of DIPPAL project granted by OSEO/ISI. Biosystems International will be responsible for the development and commercialisation for the diagnosis test. Pharnext will be responsiblefor the development and commercialsiation of the future treatment. Pharnext and Biosystems International have a commercial agreement on the future companion test.

IPSEN GROUP - Research, Develoment and Commercial Agreement signed on Charcot-marie-Tooth - June 2009

Ipsen and Pharnext concluded an exclusive research, development and marketing agreement. The agreement concerns innovative drug candidates issued from the Pleotherapy™ technology intended for the treatment of Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease. According to the agreement, Ipsen acquires an exclusive option on Pharnext's CMT programme and subscribes to the issuing of convertible bonds.
